Lakshmi Prasad S,

I'm a master's student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the  University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently conducting research at the  TML Lab  . Advised By Prof. Tae Myung Huh . Currently I'm working on developing a service dog version of the Unitree Go1 for helping elderly people walking for their daily activities.

Previously I was a research associate at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Working with Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems department.

Previously, I was a research intern at the FOCAS LAB at IISc, Bangalore. Worked on a drone flight controller based on a motion capture system under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Pushpak Jagtap. I earned my bachelor's undergrad degree (B.Tech) in Computer Science from REVA University, Bangalore.

My research interests include robotics and AI safety, cyber-physical systems, control systems, and Human-computer interaction. I design my own robotics parts as a part of my hobby using ON Shape.
